Dexterra Group: Elevating Infrastructure through Design

The Role

As the Graphic Design Coordinator, I serve as the visual anchor for the Marketing and Communications teams. My mandate is to transform complex facility management data into sharp, on-brand visual narratives. I bridge the gap between technical operational logistics and human-centric storytelling.

Information Architecture: IFM Visualization

Focus: Pure Visual Translation

The Challenge

Illustrating "Healthy Building" foundations, ventilation, lighting, and water quality, which are deeply technical systems.

The Design Role

I developed high-fidelity isometric illustrations to make invisible systems perceivable. By strictly managing the visual architecture, I allowed the design to explain the logic where dense text would otherwise overwhelm the viewer.

Outcome:

A standalone visual asset that provides immediate clarity on Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) through intuitive layout.

Narrative Deconstruction:

Focus: Technical Storyboarding & Scene Blocking

The Design Role:

I was tasked with reverse-engineering a high-fidelity 3D render created by the Senior Graphic Designer into a structured production blueprint.

The Execution: Scene Blocking:

Mapped the "Guest Journey" by identifying and isolating key frames from the senior designer’s render.

Visual Annotation:

I authored the technical captions and frame-specific details, defining exactly what was happening in each sequence to ensure narrative clarity.

Strategic Impact:

I created the Production Blueprint. By deconstructing the video into a storyboard format, I provided the team with a professional reference guide that maintained the brand's premium aesthetic across all presentation stages.

Visual Narrative Study: Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Project: Integrated Guest Journey (Concept Phase)

The Design Role:

I developed this comprehensive "Alternative Concept" to explore a different vertical hierarchy for the guest experience. My focus was on creating a seamless visual flow that mapped operational touch points against the luxury hospitality timeline.

The Execution: Iterative Design:

I engineered this version to test a centralized narrative spine, using iconic brand colors and a "top-down" information flow.

Visual Logic: My role was strictly the visual architect—organizing complex service data into a scannable, high-fidelity map without the use of copy.

Strategic Value:

Even in the concept phase, this study was used to define the visual boundaries of the proposal and ensure all "Touch point" iconography was aligned with the brand's premium identity.

Strategic Proposal Assets

The Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Personalization Suite

Focus: Tactile Branding & Stakeholder Engagement

The Concept:

To move beyond a standard corporate deck, I developed a suite

of personalized, physical assets designed to create an immediate, memorable connection with the Virgin Hotels stakeholders;

The Stakeholder "Playing Cards".

The Design Role:

I designed a custom "Team Deck" of playing cards, featuring executive profiles styled as a premium casino-inspired set.

The Execution:

Strictly responsible for the visual identity and layout—integrating the Dexterra and Virgin Hotels co-branding into a high-fidelity, print-ready format for personalized brochures.

Strategic Impact:

Transformed traditional "Team Bio" pages into a tactile, engaging experience that mirrored the Las Vegas hospitality environment.

The Custom Editorial Footer:

The Design Role:

I designed a bespoke architectural footer that served as the visual anchor for the physical proposal documents.

The Execution:

Created a stylized silhouette of the Las Vegas skyline integrated with the Virgin and Dexterra brand marks, ensuring a premium, consistent "editorial" feel on every page of the physical presentation.

Technical Production & Deliverables

Print-Ready Mastery:

Managed the full technical lifecycle for these assets, from digital mockup to ensuring all files were perfectly prepped for specialized printing and vendor coordination.

Co-Branding Synergy:

Strictly adhered to the visual guidelines of both Dexterra and Virgin Hotels, creating a "Third Identity" that felt exclusive to this proposal.
